To qualify for a cashback, you must:
- Have made 1-3 purchases from a participating Hawaiian Shopping Centre retail store. Participating stores outlined in the promotion Terms and Conditions.
- Purchases reached a combined total of $60 or greater.
- Have made the purchases between 20 June and 24 July 2022.
- Submit your claim before 12:00pm (AWST) 29 July 2022.
During the promotion dates, you must submit a claim at littlejobsbigrewards.com.au with the following information;
- Spend value(s)
- Date of purchase(s)
- Place of purchase(s)
- Upload the receipt(s)
- Contact details
If your claim is approved, you will receive an SMS from The Card Network. The SMS will prompt you to download your Digital Prepaid Mastercard, which must be downloaded within 30 days after receiving the SMS with 6 months to use your Digital Prepaid Mastercard.

Yes, you can submit up to 3 receipts if they equal the sum of $60 or greater.
Please allow up to 3 business days to receive your Digital Prepaid Mastercard. If it has been longer than 3 business days, please contact us here.

- Follow the prompts supplied by The Card Network via SMS
- Download the TCN app on your phone

c) Add the Digital Prepaid Mastercard to your phone’s digital wallet;
d) Use tap and go to redeem funds wherever Mastercard is accepted. A PIN also allows your card to be used for online transactions.
No. You can choose how and where you spend the funds on your Digital Prepaid Mastercard. Any remaining balance after a transaction will remain on your Digital Prepaid Mastercard if it has not reached its expiry date.
Consider gifting the Digital Prepaid Mastercard to a family member or friend. You will need to forward the SMS to their mobile number, then they can then follow the instructions to download the Digital Prepaid Mastercard.
You can check your balance through the TCN app.
Yes, you can. You may need to request a split payment from the cashier.
No, Digital Prepaid Mastercard’s are not reloadable.
Check out the following reasons your Digital Prepaid Mastercard may not be working:
- The transaction may exceed the balance on the Digital Prepaid Mastercard. Check your balance in the TCN app.
- Your Digital Prepaid Mastercard has expired. You must use your Digital Prepaid Mastercard 6 months of activation.
Should your Digital Prepaid Mastercard decline but has available balance and hasn’t expired, please contact The Card Network.
Once the Digital Prepaid Mastercard has expired, the remaining value will no longer be available.
Digital Prepaid Mastercard’s should be treated like cash and kept in a secure place. Unfortunately, we cannot replace a Digital Prepaid Mastercard under any circumstances.
